Elementary PAC Art Show

Appalachian Drama

 This week students are acting out traditional Appalachian dramas based on folktales passed down from one generation to the next.

 

Oh, Appalachian Mts. - Where I Long To Be!!!

 This week students began studying the Appalachian culture.  We began our unit with listening to Appalachian music and playing traditional instruments.

This week students continued their unit on West Africa.  In 3rd grade, students were able to make African-inspired bracelets and necklaces.
