2015 Gourd Festival

Many students from Central attended the Gourd Festival this past Saturday!  Although it was very rainy and wet for a while, grown-ups and kids alike had a really fun and exciting day, as you can see from the photos!

Kindergarten Bells

Students in kindergarten really enjoyed learning to play the handbells today during music class.

Steel Drums

Today, 2nd grade enjoyed learning about and playing rhythms on the steel drum.

Jungle movements

Kindergarten drama class involved watching a rainforest video, creating a brainstorm list of things they saw in the jungle, and then creating a character with movements based on their jungle list.
