Robot Sculpture and More

This week 2nd grade made 3d forms - robot sculptures. What fun!!  Everything from a waiter robot to a funky man robot.




  
Kindergarten really enjoyed making a primary and secondary color scheme neighborhood of Mayfield.

A HUGE congratulations to Lizzie Smith!!!  She was the district's over-all art winner and will move on to region. She received a trophy and cash prize for her accomplishment.

Masterpieces of the Month for Feb. 2016

Our Masterpieces of the Month for Feb. 2016 are Libby Kendall and La'Khiya Legat. Libby created a textured panda, and La'Khiya created a textured bug.

Ice House Reception 2016

Jump Rope for Heart 2016

This week, students began work on their Jump Rope for Heart poster contest. As you can see here, students are working really hard to create the best artwork.
